We have exciting announcements! *insert drum roll here*

We are thrilled to announce Cody Merriman as Co-GM at Merriman’s Honolulu. Cody not only opened our restaurant but has spent years in the restaurant industry. Started at Hula Grill in Lahaina, worked at Handcrafted Restaurants on Maui, Moku Kitchen here on Oahu... Now onto Co-GM at Merriman’s Honolulu! Doing it all with that Cody grin :)

We also have Ashley Peterson joining the Honolulu management team as a Supervisor! She started her adventure at Merriman’s Honolulu as a Hostess with the mostest and worked her way up from Server Assistant, Food Runner, AND Server. An all around utilitarian player. We stoked to see her grow into this new role. Next time you see her - ask for one of her jokes. She won’t disappoint :)
