The EVOX creates a visual map of a client's perception about a specific topic such as health, relationships, work, athletic performance, or any aspect of life they would like to improve.
The client speaks about this topic and the EVOX records the energy of the voice. The voice energy is plotted into a Perception Index, which gives the client a visual image of their perception.
In the EVOX, a static perception can be reflected when speaking about a single topic multiple times which results in a Perception Index that is the same or similar. With the EVOX system, it is possible to quickly and painlessly shift, or reframe, perception at both a conscious and subconscious level. Perception reframing allows for a more mature or functional reality and can be used to improve any aspect of life, including personal health, interpersonal relationships, and performance.
Clinical trials show that most perceptions are static. This becomes undesirable when perceptions are in any way dysfunctional.
In the case of relationships, a person may repeatedly attract destructive behaviors. This is the result of a static perception that perpetuates dysfunctional outcomes regardless of a conscious desire for a healthier relationship.

There are several metabolic body types that are inherited. Your metabolic type may affect, to some degree, how easy it is for you to lose or gain weight.
Metabolic type is not, however, the only factor that determines physical appearance or weight. In fact, many people are a combination of several metabolic body types. In general, the three types are:
• Endomorphs. Endomorphs have a medium-to-large bone structure, less muscle mass, and more body fat, giving them a rounded appearance. They are thought to have a slow metabolism and may struggle with weight gain.
• Ectomorphs. Ectomorphs are narrower in size and have smaller joints. They are thought to have the highest metabolic rate of all metabolic types.
• Mesomorphs. Mesomorphs have larger skeletons than ectomorphs and less body fat than endomorphs. They lose weight and gain muscle mass easily.

Hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT) is a medical treatment that enhances the body’s natural healing process by inhalation/absorption of oxygen in a total body chamber, where atmospheric pressure is increased and controlled. Successful weight loss requires a long-term commitment to making healthy lifestyle changes in eating, exercise, and behavior. Behavior modification is vital and could have the greatest impact on your long-term weight-loss efforts.
Be sure to pick a plan you can live with. Look for these features:
• Flexibility. A flexible plan doesn't forbid certain foods or food groups but instead includes a variety of foods from all the major food groups. A healthy diet includes vegetables and fruits, whole grains, low-fat dairy products, lean protein sources, and nuts and seeds. A flexible plan allows an occasional, reasonable indulgence if you like.
• Balance. Your plan should include adequate nutrients and calories. Safe and healthy diets do not require excessive vitamins or supplements.
• Likeability. A diet should include foods you like, that you would enjoy eating for life — not ones you can tolerate throughout the plan. If you don't like the food on the plan, if the plan is overly restrictive or if it becomes boring, you probably won't stick to it, so long-term weight loss is unlikely.
• Activity. Your plan should include physical activity. Exercise plus fewer calories can help give your weight loss a boost.

Writing about your feelings can help the brain overcome emotional issues and help you feel happier, says research from the University of California in Los Angeles. In that study, people who wrote about an emotional situation showed more activity in the emotion-regulating section of the brain which, in turn, appeared to trick the brain into feeling better in an unconscious way. The psychologists who discovered the phenomenon called it the "Bridget Jones effect", after the diary-keeping heroine of Bridget Jones Diary, which was more culturally relevant back in 2009 when it was named. Their research showed that when people wrote about their feelings, medical scans showed that their brain activity matched the activity seen in volunteers who were consciously trying to control their emotions. The mere act of journaling just made them calmer and happier.
