Keith started Bootcamp in April 2018 at 250lbs, 41% body fat, A1C 7.2 diabetic! By December 2018 he got down under 200lbs for the first time as an adult! 👏 By April 2019, he got down to under 180lbs and have been around that weight since. 🎉 Keith says, “I’m happy that I lost all that weight, but very proud that I’ve been able to keep it off, no fad diets, just a lifestyle change in eating and being active.
