Every once in a while I get proud papa syndrome, which honestly has happened so many times at Pint over the years. The list of amazing humans that have come up through Pint over the years and then gone off to do dope stuff in our industry is beyond my explanation. I wont try to list them here, but they know who they are and how much they mean to me.

I will say that I got to share a drink after a crazy shift at Pint featuring Jack Daniel’s Tasting Notes seminar compete with the US Jack Daniel’s brand ambassador , insane guitarist Carlos Calvo, spinning and taking the party to another level. After all the closing duties I got to share a cold beer with some of the most impressive peeps in our industry, , , Chris Togami and Quinn Mears. Quinn and family are moving off island and it was a chance to share a drink and good times with someone I get to be super proud of since their time at Pint.

That brings me to the point of all this... has stepped up into her leadership role at Pint in such an impressive way. I’m constantly blown away how capable she is in a relatively short amount of time with us. I couldn’t be more proud and so stoked to see her name on one of our business cards.

Quinn leaving Hawaii, really reminded me to cherish the times I get to spend with these amazing humans while they are at Pint, after they move on and hopefully before they move away.

I’m blessed to have so many incredible people working with us or who have worked with us in the past. you are killing it and I am more thankful for you than you can know.

The Pint + Jigger Stout Burger is a must when dining with us. 7oz Stout Burger, Beer Cheese, Green Leaf Lettuce, Garlic Aioli, House-made Pickle Spear and a side of fries creates the perfect meal to pair with a selection from our rotating beer list or our craft cocktails!

Pint and Jigger’s very own Ku’ulei ( ) won the first cocktail competition she has ever competed in two Sundays ago, Tequila N Tacos. Beverage Marketing, Proximo and American Beverage sponsored an amazing contest featuring Hawaii’s top female bartenders and chefs. Bartenders showed off theirs skills by creating their best tequila cocktail and chef’s their favorite taco recipes. Ku’s creation dubbed the LITTLE LADY included: both Maestro Dobel Humito & Diamanté black lava salt, Ramazotti Amaro, Aztec chocolate bitters, orange and lemon oils, blueberry purée and Sri Lankan chai tea concentrate spritz.
“It meant a lot to win my first competition. It was nerve racking because I wanted to show up for the Pint + Jigger team and everyone who helped me create this cocktail. But I’m glad I was able to bring it home”
