4 weeks in advance. Many of my ingredients are not available locally and require out of town trips or shipments. A 50% non refundable deposit is required at time of order to hold your requested date and the remaining balance is due no later than 2 weeks prior to delivery date of cake. If the remaining balance is not paid your cake order will not be processed and you will forfeit your deposit. I am not a classically trained baker/chocolatier. I'm a home grown girl taught in my Grandma's kitchen with lots of love. Gotta love Grandma. What Grandma couldn't teach me I have learned on my own. I love to bake and make sweet creations and I love the opportunity to share them with others. I am a constant work in progress, learning new things every day and adding to my picture page of examples so please check back frequently. I am a cottage food operation, one man (in this case woman) show. All my orders are custom made from scratch to order I do not keep a running stock of pre-baked goods so if there is something that you are interested in please ask.
