FAQ: DO I NEED TO FLOSS MY CHILD’S TEETH?

Or rule of thumb here is: if the teeth touch, you should floss 👍🏻 Usually that includes between all the last molars. If your child has a lot of nice gaps between the teeth, you got lucky! Of course you can still floss to get that practice in and to teach good habits 😉 Just make sure to keep up with the brushing 🪥

When you’re here for your visits, you’ll always see one of our fabulous dentists. Dr Goto and Dr Lauren are here during the weekdays. Dr Hans is here on Saturdays and Dr Tran sees our teenagers and young adults on Tuesdays.

FAQ TIME 🐧

This is probably the most common question we get. We recommend to have your little one see the dentist by their first birthday or when their first tooth erupts 🦷

Why so early?

Good habits start young. These early appointments are super important in helping us build comfort and trust with your child, making future appointments a breeze. It helps us keep your child’s smile healthy and allows us to make sure oral development is on track. It’s also a great time for parents to pick up tips on how to properly care for baby’s teeth at home 🪥
