Looking Back....

What a crazy year 2020 was 😅. I started the year with a not far from home impromptu New Years Eve trip for dinner. Just two weeks into 2020 Mandee and I confirm we have a little one in the making. Two weeks after that I close a half million in sales 💰 in a single week. February brought many new buyers and sellers. They were all lines up and then, BAM💥! First two weeks of March I’m sick with Covid and Type A Flu. Worst cold I’ve ever had. 🤒 But I’m too stubborn to let anything get the best of me lol. 😜 And, then came quarantine...

The next few months proved to be some of the most challenging days of our lives. Explaining the new norm to several kiddies 👨🏼👩🏻‍🦱🧒🏼 who loved spending time with me, that going out to eat, the stores, movies, or even the parks were restricted or stopped all together. The wife and I halted our date nights, going out to eat 🥩🌮🥗🍕was our escape from the week’s stresses and our time to bond 👩‍❤️‍👨. We missed several birthdays, baby showers, weddings, and lots of other events. And, many of my clientele decided to wait to buy or sell 🏠. Already feeling the emotional effects of being stuck at home, my family began to feel the strain financially. But, in the midst, we all found what was truly important and formed creative ways to continue some a life’s comforts and freedoms.

Fast forward to the beginning of August, when I made the decision 🤔 to move my real estate license to Local Realty. Jeremy and Gina Miller asked me to come aboard! I have to say, it was definitely one of the best things to happen in 2020 besides welcoming our Kingston Avery Alexander 👶🏼 into lives in September.

In a 4 month span with Local, I have steadily grown my business helping several awesome people find new homes and sell properties, established new and lasting relationships, and even gained some accolades 🎖 along the way. I also closed out this year with a few closings on New Years Eve 🥂!

Thank you 🙏🏼 all who have helped and my family along the way, we are eternally grateful 🙌🏼 🤜🏼. We are also super excited because we know 2021 is going to be way, way better. My goal is to help 40+ individuals, couples, and/or families find a new house to make a home 🏡. And I’m excited because I get to do it with YOU!
