Tara’s Tuesday Tip : Are you struggling to price your home in this current market ? Have you considered about hiring an agent, that will do the leg work for you ? My job as your listing agent is to list your home competitively with current comps, not to high and not to low. “Testing the market “ by pricing your home too high will set you up for failure and can pose several risk . 1. Buyers will tend to ignore it . 2. Incremental drops every 7 days . 3. And lastly the Appraisal coming in lower !!!!! So the first step to listing your home right is to contact me and I’ll handle the rest !! ®
I can’t say this enough that I’m extremely grateful for all of my clients .
