Good morning Facebook Family! As my week of reflection and regrouping draws to a close I am going to introduce another layer of Menus & Meals. Organization. Do you know exactly what is in your freezer, pantry and cabinets? Have you checked for expired items or science experiments in the back of the fridge? Are you in need of adaptive measures due to health and/or physical conditions? Do you want to get organized and use things you have on hand or do you want to find a picture of what your idea looks like and wish for me to recreate the look right down to using the label maker machine? I got you! 💪

From the very start, my vision for Menus & Meals had food driven layers. The kitchen is my favorite room of my home and where I spend the majority of time. It’s my happy place. For the past two days I have purged my kitchen top to bottom. Here are some pictures of the fun process that I really enjoyed. The last pictures are modifications that I have done to my Mama’s kitchen to assist with her health challenges.

Would you use expired spices and seasonings? Is so, how far back would you go? The two stacked are 2023 and the chicken bouillon is 2021 but looks in perfect condition.

This is just one example of my ShopnChop options. On Tuesdays Fresh Market features ground chuck and chicken breasts for $3.99lb. Today I purchased for my client, trimmed and filleted the chicken to maximize her savings and repackaged in quantities of two. She prefers fresh meats but freezer wrap and bags are available should you wish to freeze.

Homemade no bisquick Impossible Cheeseburger Pie with Tabasco mayo, oven home fries and a pickle. Really good and a taste of childhood.

Tested the last of the Southwest Egg Roll stuffings with Mama and Trail. Mama couldn’t stop raving and T ate all our leftovers and was a happy young man!
