Today, I want to share a helpful technique for instant stress relief – the "Magic Touch Massage."✨✋Imagine closing your eyes and taking a deep breath. 💆♀🌬 Now, gently place both hands on the top of your head. With your fingers, massage your scalp in a circular motion, applying gentle pressure. Move your fingers down to the base of your neck and massage the area using the same technique. Repeat this process for a few minutes, and you will feel stress-free and relaxed. Try it out, and let me know what you think!
