General Description: Handles and processes industrial, commercial and contractor telephone inquiries and orders. Develops and maintains excellent customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Assists with customer service in person and /or by telephone to resolve customer account issues with Cayce Mill Supply.
• Establishes, develops and maintains excellent working relationships with industrial, commercial and contractor customers and prospective customers.
• Helps double-check orders and transfers.
• Assists in stocking, and pulling orders.
• Assists in keeping warehouse shelves straight and clean.
• Assists the counter sales personnel, as required.
• Provides accurate, timely information to management regarding customer needs.
• Addresses all customer complaints and/or inquiries promptly. Assures equitable resolution to maximize customer satisfaction.
• Projects a positive, professional image of the company in all communications with customers, vendor and suppliers.
• Performs other related duties as dictated by business necessity or assigned by management.
• Knowledge and understanding of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC parts and concepts is preferred.
Physical Requirements:
• Unconditioned warehouse.
• Working on hard surface.
• Walking for majority of the day.
• Must be willing to get forklift certified through the company.
Job Type: Full-time
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
