At Cumberland Hall Hospital, we help people overcome the hurdles they are facing in their daily lives. As part of our Recreational Therapy offerings, our patients are able to tackle a very literal obstacle, our 30-foo rock climbing wall! Rock climbing therapy helps patients challenge fears, self-imposed limitations, and comfort zones. When they reach the top, they feel a greater sense of their own strength, spirit, and resilience!
