*UPDATE*
On the last update, we shared news of Jacob being accepted into the Baylor Institute of Rehabilitation. Currently he is still at Methodist Dallas Medical Center, but is scheduled to transfer as soon as this Friday or earlier next week.

Jacob has made small steps towards his recovery but isn't receiving any type of rehabilitation. Once he makes the move to Baylor he will begin the rehabilitation process and be given the help and support he needs to make a full recovery.

Until then please share his story and help in anyway you can! Go Team Bafford!
