No problem, our hot soaking pools are open to the public on a first come first serve basis with no reservations needed. For only $25 plus tax you can enjoy the pools for as long as you like. Must be 14 years and older, have swimwear, and plastic sandals such as flip flops or crocs. No worries, we have swimwear options and sandals at the Quapaw Boutique. We will be open from 10 am until 6 pm everyday except on Tuesdays, stop by and see us!

Have you walked along Bathhouse Row in the last few weeks? If so, you may have noticed a pop of color among the towering, green-leafed trees. The most delightful time of the year is upon us: the blooming of the southern magnolias!

Southern magnolia (Magnolia grandiflora) is a tree native to the southeast. Even though Hot Springs National Park is somewhat north of the trees’ natural range, the trees have become naturalized to the park.

The Magnolia Promenade, a line of trees along Bathhouse Row, was originally planted in the 1890s as shade for walkers. Generations of park staff have worked to manage these trees, which emit signature scents and scenes of late spring and early summer.
