I am the father of son, Garrett, 29, and daughter, Morgan, 27. I am also the stepfather to Brent Loupe, 36, and Jessica Perkins, 33. I am the proud pappy to four beautiful grandchildren: Lucas, 13, Greyson, 6, Noah, 5, and Grant, 3.

I was born and raised in Houma, Louisiana. I lived for 1 1/2 years in Lake Charles, Louisiana, and I have lived here in Terrebonne Parish for 55 years. I currently reside in Theriot, Louisiana. I am a product of our public school system. I attended Southdown Elementary, Houma Junior High, and Terrebonne High School. I attended Universal Technical Institute (UTI) in Houston, Texas, where I graduated in automotive and diesel technology.

I am a business owner. I own and operate Bow 2 Stern Services, Inc. where I perform the executive duties of the president among other entities here in Terrebonne Parish.

I have been a 32° Mason and Shriner for over 31 years. I am a member of the Bayou Dularge Baptist Church. I have served on many public boards such as: TEDCO, TEDA, Crime stoppers (three-year term, vice-president 2nd-year president 3rd and final year) and Terrebonne Port Commission: Economic Development Corporation.

I support many charitable organizations both monetarily and by volunteering my time. I have participated in events such as: Relay for Life, Lip Sync, Cast Iron Cook-off, Roux for a Reason, TFAE, Chamber Golf Tournament, and SCIA Golf Tournament.

I have been a member of the South Central Industrial Association (SCIA) for over 16 years and have served two years as crawfish committee chairman and six years as co-chair.
I have also volunteered to be a guest speaker at many of our local public schools to emphasize the need for vocational trade through the SCIA “Work It” program.

I have been a member of the Terrebonne Parish Chamber of Commerce for over 25 years. I served on the Economic Development and Infrastructure Committee and the Terrebonne Port Commission Economic Development Corporation. I am also a member of Terrebonne Fellowship Masonic Lodge, Houma Shrine Club, National Rifle Association,Ducks Unlimited, Coastal Conservation Association, past member of Krewe of Terreanians, past member of Krewe of Houmas, past member of Houma Shrine Club Motorcycle Unit, and past president of Fisherman’s Retreat HOA for ten years with one year as vice president.
