Please Shop Local and call them first before calling your insurance company. Your insurance company will steer you to a big box or national chain before local. Ask yourself this, would you rather speak and see the local owner if you have a problem or deal with someone on an 800 number?

Is steering me to your recommended shop against the law?

Please folks, see the insurance company for what it is. It is a for profit company. You have insurance to pay for the damage to your vehicle. The less they have to pay, the better for them.

Assisting quoting windshields and basic office duties. Driving parts between shops. We are willing train and scholarship opportunities are available for college students. We will work around with class hours, but also happy to provide a 40 hour work week with the option for overtime.
