New drop - Typica ASD Natural from in Panama 🇵🇦

Autumn continues and we can’t be more excited than now as we have the privilege to introduce you to Adaura Coffee’s new Harvest!
 
Last year, Marcus Duran impressed us with some of the most innovative and clean microlot. This year, we continued our partnership with Finca Lorayne to bring you amazing nano-los.
 
This sweet anaerobic slow dry (ASD) Typica from Panama has beautiful plums and grapes aromas mingling with smooth chocolate sweetness. On the palate, it is silky and sweet with flavors of golden plums, purple grapes with hazelnut chocolate finish.

New Drop from Honduras - Finca El Jardin

El Jardín’s coffee is a reflection of comfort, warmth, and tradition. Grown in the highlands of La Paz, Honduras, this smooth coffee brings to mind the cozy moments of breakfast during the fall and winter seasons. With every sip, you’re reminded of crisp mornings, where the rich aromas of milk chocolate and honey fill the air, offering a sense of calm and familiarity. On the palate, it is creamy and smooth with flavors of milk chocolate, caramelized nuts and apple.

Inherited by Mario Samuel Mejia Rodriguez, El Jardín is a family legacy that spans four generations of coffee growers, each dedicated to producing high-quality coffees.

For this lot, the cherries are collected when they are uniform and ripe before being put in hermetically sealed bags to ferment for 12 hours. After depulping, it ferments again for 26 hours. This double fermentation gives the coffee unique attributes in the cup. Once all the mucilage is washed off, it is taken to the drying beds for 18 to 25 days and only exposed to the sun after four days, only in the afternoons to avoid drying too fast.

The careful cultivation of this coffee, combined with its rich, smooth profile, captures the essence of warmth and the joy of simple, cherished moments, making it a perfect companion for those colder months.

If there is one coffee that showcases my first memories of Colombia 10 year ago, it will be this one. A perfectly balanced coffee that will amaze both coffee enthusiasts and new coffee drinkers.
 
Felipe Trujillo’s latest creation is nothing short of a masterpiece. This single estate microlot bursts with aromas of guava, peaches and orange blossom, leading to a sweet and smooth palate of yellow apple, guava juice, and floral notes with a clean, lingering nougat finish.

This coffee is a true showcase of the best that Colombian coffee has to offer—perfectly balanced, sweet, and vibrantly flavorful.

The World Cup Tasters was a unique experience in life with incredible champions 🏆
I was proud to represent the United States with all the love and support from the crowd. We didn’t know the impact we have created in this community and it toned down the bitterness of our defeat.
Coffee unites, from different corner of the world and we all speak this universal language. Huge congratulations to the World Champion 🇧🇷 for an incredible performance!

Being among the best tasters in the world is a privilege and learning from each other is the most valuable gift I could expect. Thank you all for traveling all the way to Chicago and performing at your best on stage.

It was also my first year coaching my friend from for the US Roaster Championship - and got the 3rd place 🥉 Helping others achieve their goals is as satisfying as achieving yours.
Sometimes it’s more than just taste, it’s about the experience!

Nothing will be possible without the coaching of , from training schedule to preparation, strategy, mental and more, we grew better year after year.

New Coffee Release - Shyira Washed from Rwanda 🇷🇼

🥄 This washed bourbon Shyira micro-lot smells of ripe tangerine mingling with intense honey and fresh citrus. On the palate, it is smooth with flavors of sweet honey, and lively tangerines with delicate florals on the finish. It reminds us of California’s sun-kissed groves.

🏔️ Shyira, established in 2017 and sitting at an elevation of 1850 meters, is not just a coffee processing site. It’s a testament to the dedication and skill of nearly 2,000 local farmers who cultivate coffee in the rich, volcanic soil of Nyabihu. Their hard work and the unique biodiversity of their gardens lend Shyira’s coffee its distinctive sweet, juicy acidity.

🧫 Shyira’s beans undergo a meticulous 6-step process, from hand-sorting to an extensive 30-day drying period on African beds. This slow, careful process is our secret to ensuring that every bean’s natural flavors are perfectly preserved, ready for you to savor.

💎 This is a tribute to a journey - not just of the beans from Rwanda’s hills to your cup but also of our personal journey in finding and curating this extraordinary coffee.

Dive into the heart of Ethiopia with our latest coffee drop, Ethiopia - Danche Lot 2. This unique offering from the Danche washing station captures the essence of Ethiopian terroir.

🌿 Traceability and Quality:
Built in 2019 by Neguesse, Danche washing station ensures meticulous processing, separating each picking into distinct lots. Sourced exclusively from small farmers growing Wolisho and Dega varieties in the local Danche village, this coffee embodies cleanliness and exceptional flavor.

🌅 A Special Discovery:
Our quest for unique natural coffee, capturing the essence of its terroir led us to Danche, a truly special find. Transporting us back to sweet childhood memories, Danche Lot 2 is a sensory experience that we can’t wait to share with you.

🏞️ The Essence of Danche:
Situated just outside Chelbesa, the Danche mill receives cherries from around 400 farmers. The Ethiopian conditions, with long dry spells and intense sun, result in a minimal-processed coffee that offers berry notes, stone fruits, white florals, and a delicate vanilla finish.
