INFINITE POSSIBILITIES: ENERGY PSYCHOTHERAPY FOR TRAUMA HEALING

Have you had limited results with traditional therapy? Afraid your therapist might lock you up if you shared your visions and knowings? The journey of trauma healing can be long, challenging, and often discouraging. While there are many trauma approaches in the field of psychotherapy, they often fail to heal the deepest aspects of the trauma itself. It's common to spend years in trauma therapy and feel only partially healed. There's much more going on than what traditional therapy addresses and we need to take a deeper dive. We need to work in the subtle realms, the space of infinite possibilities.

Come join Krista Highfield, an intuitive and energy-based psychotherapist of 30 years, and explore the world of energy psychotherapy. Everything that's needed for our unique healing is available to us in the quantum field. Participants will learn how to access this field both within and outside of their bodies so that deep, sustainable change can occur. This workshop will support your discovery of this through:

*Locating Causal Chakras
*Healing the Inner and Outer Wheels of the Chakras

We meet on Sunday, October 27th from 12:30-3:30. Please bring a journal and any art supplies you might enjoy. Special attention will be given to creating a safe container for this vulnerable work.
