Last year during AAPI month we collaborated with the Late, Great Chef Alex Au-Yeung and the team on The Beef Rendang Burger. We lost Chef Alex in March after a short battle with cancer. In his memory, we have worked with his successors and .__hhhh to release the burger one more time!
