We are looking for positive, confident, motivated, Allstate agents licensed in Property and Casualty to join our award-winning Sales Teams! Are you great at Sales and want to excel in a remote environment and be greatly compensated for it? We should talk!

You will help by finding the best fit for existing customers with our insurance products and outstanding services and actively look to acquire new clients to the Agency from a variety of agency provided marketing and leads and resources.

Schedule:

Monday - Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Weekends off + Paid Holidays
Requirements:

Active Property and Casualty License (required)
Allstate sales producer experience (required)
1+ years experience in the insurance industry (preferred)
Active Life and Health License (preferred)
Bilingual (desirable)
What your day to day will look like as a Sales Representative at our Agency

High level of activity- phone calls, texts, emails
Complete new business onboarding
Schedule insurance reviews and financial appointments
Identify new business opportunities via telephone, referral generation, and utilizing various lead sources provided by the agency
Identifying cross-sell opportunities
Pay:

Base salary depending on experience and qualifications
Up to 13% commission on all new business
No caps on commission or upside potential
Up to 80% commissions on all sold life policies
