Ruben joined about 10 years ago, first as a line cook โ quickly mastering all the stations, from preparation to sauces and dishwashing. After a 4-year break, he rejoined Tarka as a Trainer and served as the Kitchen Manager at the Lakeline location before returning to the role of Trainer in Austin, Houston and San Antonio, and is about to celebrate 3 years since his return to the team. His favorite dish is Tikka Masala!
