Here are some words of wisdom:
"Life is a journey, not a destination. Embrace the ups and downs, learn from your mistakes, and cherish every moment.
Treat others with kindness, compassion, and respect. You never know what someone is going through.
Forgive yourself and others. Holding onto grudges weighs you down.
Embrace change and growth. It's okay to evolve and try new things.
Take care of your physical, mental, and spiritual health. You are your most valuable asset.
Practice gratitude and appreciation. Focus on the good in your life.
Remember, you are not alone. We are all connected.
And always keep in mind that 'the best is yet to come.'"
I hope these words of wisdom inspire and motivate you!
An ordinary citizen can play a significant role in helping society become useful for all its members by:
1. Staying informed and educated about social issues.
2. Volunteering for community service and local initiatives.
3. Participating in democratic processes, such as voting and contacting representatives.
4. Advocating for marginalized groups and social justice.
5. Engaging in respectful and open-minded dialogue with others.
6. Supporting local businesses and sustainable practices.
7. Mentoring or teaching others, sharing skills and knowledge.
8. Reporting concerns and issues to authorities, such as discrimination or environmental hazards.
9. Participating in community events and initiatives that promote social cohesion.
10. Treating others with kindness, respect, and empathy, regardless of their background or status.
By taking these actions, ordinary citizens can contribute to creating a more inclusive, equitable, and just society for all members. Remember, every small action counts, and collective efforts can lead to significant positive change!
Prioritizing various aspects of our identity can be a challenging and personal task. Here's a suggested approach:
1. Humanity: Always prioritize universal values like empathy, compassion, and respect for all individuals, regardless of their background.
2. Religion: If you are religious, prioritize the teachings and values that promote love, kindness, and acceptance.
3. Nationality: Embrace your national identity while recognizing the value of diversity and inclusivity.
4. Community: Nurture your community ties while promoting understanding and connection with broader communities.
5. Personal identity: Embrace your unique experiences, culture, and individuality while avoiding harmful exclusivity or superiority.
Remember, these aspects intersect and complement each other. Prioritizing humanity and universal values can guide you in balancing the others. Strive for harmony and inclusivity in your identity, fostering empathy and understanding.
I have been going through a lot of history, background and conflicts between Israel and Palestinians in last many decades. It is obviously a very complex issue and a lot of sentiments and emotions are running this difficult issue. Thousands of lives and billions of dollars have been wasted in decades and the issue has been becoming complicated and more dangerous with time.
There is a need to have a totally neutral party to understand both the sides and make just proposal without any pressure or favor from any side.
Here are some possible solutions:
It is possible to sort out the dispute between Israel and Palestinians, but it would require significant efforts and concessions from both sides. A lasting resolution would involve:
1. Political will: Israelis and Palestinians must genuinely desire peace and be willing to make compromises.
2. Dialogue: Direct negotiations, facilitated by international actors, to address core issues like borders, Jerusalem, refugees, and security.
3. Compromise: Flexibility on key demands, such as land swaps, settlements, and the right of return.
4. International involvement: Active engagement from the US, EU, UN, and Arab states to provide guidance, support, and pressure when needed.
5. Security guarantees: Ensuring Israel's security concerns are addressed while also respecting Palestinian sovereignty.
6. Addressing narratives: Acknowledging and validating each side's historical and cultural narratives.
7. Economic support: International aid and investment to support Palestinian state-building and economic development.
Possible parties to effectively seek a resolution:
1. United States
2. European Union
3. United Nations
4. Arab League
5. Egypt
6. Jordan
7. Turkey
8. Russia
9. China
These parties can provide diplomatic support, economic incentives, and political pressure to facilitate a mutually acceptable agreement. Ultimately, however, the solution must be owned and driven by Israelis and Palestinians themselves.
Now question is, who will be a neutral party to act between the two sides?
If you are a neutral person and you are not biased, you can suggest the names of neutral party, country or organizations. your input would highly be appreciated.

Great question! Stress is indeed a natural part of life, and learning to manage it effectively is crucial for our well-being. Here are some effective ways to manage stress:
1. **Recognize and accept**: Acknowledge the source of stress and accept it as a normal response.
2. **Exercise**: Engage in physical activity, like walking, yoga, or aerobics, to release endorphins and reduce tension.
3. **Mindfulness**: Practice meditation, deep breathing, or mindfulness techniques to calm the mind.
4. **Time management**: Prioritize tasks, set realistic goals, and take regular breaks to maintain control.
5. **Social support**: Connect with friends, family, or a therapist to share concerns and receive support.
6. **Self-care**: Engage in activities that bring joy and relaxation, like reading, listening to music, or taking a relaxing bath.
7. **Reframe perspective**: View challenges as opportunities for growth and learning.
8. **Get enough sleep**: Aim for 7-8 hours of sleep to help regulate stress hormones.
9. **Healthy habits**: Maintain a balanced diet, limit caffeine and alcohol, and avoid unhealthy coping mechanisms.
10. **Seek professional help**: If needed, consult with a mental health professional for personalized guidance and support.
Remember, everyone's experience with stress is unique, so it's essential to experiment with different techniques to find what works best for you. By incorporating these strategies into your daily life, you can develop effective coping mechanisms to manage stress and maintain overall well-being.
The limits of human empowerment by God vary depending on one's beliefs and faith. However, here are some common themes:
1. **Free will**: Humans have the ability to make choices and decisions, but God's sovereignty and divine plan ultimately prevail.
2. **Moral boundaries**: Humans are expected to operate within moral guidelines and principles set by God, such as the Ten Commandments or the Golden Rule.
3. **Limited knowledge**: Humans have access to knowledge, but there are limits to our understanding, and God's wisdom is infinitely greater.
4. **Dependence on God**: Humans are encouraged to rely on God for strength, guidance, and provision, rather than solely on their own abilities.
5. **Stewardship**: Humans are responsible for managing and caring for the resources and talents God has given them, but ultimately God owns and controls everything.
6. **Accountability**: Humans will be held accountable to God for their actions, decisions, and motivations.
7. **Grace and mercy**: Humans can rely on God's grace and mercy when they fail or make mistakes.
8. **Purpose and calling**: Humans have a unique purpose and calling, and God equips and empowers them to fulfill it.
Remember, these limits are based on religious beliefs and may vary across different faiths and interpretations.
There are several reasons why a president with shortcomings may be elected in the United States, despite the country's democratic system and ideals. Some of these reasons include:
1. Political polarization: The country is often divided along political lines, with each side supporting their own candidate regardless of flaws.
2. Media influence: The media can play a significant role in shaping public opinion, and biased or sensationalized reporting can overlook or downplay a candidate's shortcomings.
3. Voter suppression: Efforts to restrict voting rights or make it harder for certain groups to vote can impact the outcome of an election.
4. Campaign finance: The influence of money in politics can give disproportionate power to special interest groups or wealthy donors.
5. Lack of viable alternatives: In some elections, voters may feel that the alternative candidate is even less desirable, leading them to support a flawed candidate.
6. Emotional appeal: Candidates may use emotional appeals or populist rhetoric to sway voters, rather than focusing on policy or qualifications.
7. Misinformation: False or misleading information can spread quickly, and voters may not have access to accurate information about a candidate's shortcomings.
8. Identity politics: Voters may prioritize a candidate's identity or demographic characteristics over their qualifications or policies.
9. Political tribalism: Voters may prioritize party loyalty over critically evaluating a candidate's flaws.
10. Human nature: Voters are not always rational or informed, and may make decisions based on gut instincts or biases.
It's important to note that these factors don't excuse or justify electing a president with shortcomings, but rather help explain how it can happen in a democratic system. It's crucial for citizens to stay informed, think critically, and hold elected officials accountable to ensure the best possible leadership for the country.
Note: It applies to all the nations of the world. What do you think? Participate and give your views. Asghar Sajjad.

This is my story.
Petroleum Engineering Department at University of Engineering and Technology is still as fresh as yesterday after 46 years of Graduation on May 10, 1973. I still remember that day when the result of Final Year was announced I had received First Class First Position in Petroleum Engineering Department. My parents, family and friends were very happy to see my picture in News paper.
It was a great achievement for a boy who was born to a poor family in a far flung village name Talhara, 6 miles South of Tahsil Daska, District Sialkot. There was no paved roads and no electricity in the village. There was one Primary Christian school, where I got my education up to 4th grade. Government opened First regular Primary school in village in 1959 and I completed my 5th. grade from that school. My teacher Mr. Makhdoom was very hard working and great motivation for me. He lead me to believe that nothing is impossible in life, provided you put forward your best. From there onward I became a Motivated, Leader, Hard worker, Committed and Dedicated student. My father who was a brick layer and subcontractor in building and roads construction was my Motivator, who started to teach me Math and Engineering concepts right in beginning of my youth. I started thinking to be Engineer in my life. My teachers in grade 6 thru. 12 were very supportive. I was always Leader and Star of the Class.
I could not achieve enough marks to get admission in Engineering University in 1967. I did not give up and appeared again to improve my marks. In 1968 I passed F.Sc in First Class and got my admission in Metallurgy in Dawood College of Engineering, Karachi. Then I received a admission letter from Architecture Department of University of Engineering and Technology but I declined. After few days another letter was received from Mining Dept., which after long consideration I accepted and joined Mining Department. But luckily Petroleum Engineering started and I was given the chance to join Petroleum Engineering due to my merit in the class. Since my childhood, I wanted to be Mechanical or Chemical Engineer. But Sometimes it's not your choice. Allah's Will always supersedes.
My family financial position was difficult and it was very hard for me to live in Hostel. In Second year I started living in hostel as I stood First in my Class and received University Scholarship, which eased my financial situation little bit. In third year I was Second in order of merit and I promised myself to not give up and achieve the goal of First Class First Position in my Final Year, which I got. Thanks Allah SWT.
I got my first offer from Karachi Gas Company, where I worked only for three months when I received a call that I have succeeded to win Scholarship from Attock Oil and was going to London to study for my M.Sc. in Petroleum Reservoir Engineering. I left for Imperial College, London on October 1, 1973. The scholarship from Attock Oil was not enough. Therefore along with studies I had to work part time to support myself and my wife in Pakistan. In August 1975, I took a Trainee Engineer job in North Sea. I returned to Pakistan via Saudi Arabia after performing Ummrah.
I joined Petroleum Engineering Department as Head of Department in August 1975. In October 1975, Chairman of OGDC, offered me a job as Production Engineer. I was very happy because I always wanted to be in the Industry. I was Incharge of Testing and Completion in Toot Oil Field, Dhodak Gas Field and Rhodo Gas Field.
In 1978, I got job with ESSO Eastern, who was operating Mari Gas Field in Daharki, near Sukkur. I was Incharge of Production Operation and then promoted as Mari Field Manager in 1982. A major development project was under taken under my supervision, which involved Planning, Procurement, Drilling, Testing, Completion, Wellhead hook-up, Pipelines Laying and Gathering System Fabrication and Installation. Mari gas field was producing 300 MMCFT of gas for four major projects in the area. ENGRO, Pak Saudi, and Fauji Foundation were Urea manufacturers and Guddu Thermal Power Generation Station. I remained Mari Field Manager till 1989. Esso Eastern disinvested from Pakistan in 1983 and Fauji Foundation along with OGDC and Govt. took the control of Mari Gas Field. In 1983, the atmosphere in the company became tense, there was always some conspiracy and hidden secret moves going on in the field. I continued to work in the field ignoring all the difficulties during the Development Project from 1979 thru. 1988. But due to some internal issues I was forced to leave. I asked GM to get me my benefits so that I could leave the company. MD agreed to pay all my benefits and I left for America in 1989. In America I landed in New Jersey with my wife and my two sons. In 1990, we moved to Houston, Texas thinking that it would be good to be in oil region. But due to Oil industry recession, Houston was a really bad place to be.
After working odd jobs and many tries for job in Oil industry, I took job in Insurance Industry. In my First year I was Rookie of the Year and One of the top agent of the company. I was promoted as Sales Manager in Austin, TX, 170 miles from Houston. I was transferred back to Houston after a very successful year and half in Austin. I worked in Houston in three districts as part of leading management team and promoted as District Manager in Baltimore, MD then Philadelphia, PA and then New Jersey. My districts lead the company many times and I was awarded with a lot of Plaques and Shields during twelve and half years with the company. I retired from company in 2008 and then continued to work in other companies as an independent Agent. In 2012 my established a Property and Casualty Insurance Agency.
At 71, I am still active and help my wife in her agency work and also help some independent agents in Medicare Open Enrolment season and Obama Care Enrolment time. I have no intension to stop working as long as Allah SWT keep me Healthy and Motivated.
Success does not depends on degrees. Motivation, Hard work, Dedication and Commitment towards your goals in life are the main ingredients of Success. The higher degrees can help you to achieve your goals quicker than others but not always. In the end you have to see if you did your best, rest depend on Allah SWT.
In 1972, I founded Petroleum Engineering Students Association (PESA) which became part of SPE Pakistan Chapter. I was the First President of that Association. SPE has played a very important role in educating and keeping Petroleum Engineers up to date and I highly appreciate those who contribute towards local SPE Chapter. Good luck!
Allah Bless all the Petroleum Engineers and their Families. Ameen.
