TRIBUTE is featuring rich fall flavors with the Roasted Butternut Squash Salad made with Texas ricotta, apple, endive, ginger, pumpkin seeds, and pomegranate. The Posole de Mariscos is a classic posole made with seafood broth, scallops, shrimp, fish, hominy, tomatoes, epazote, and guajillo.
