I don't know if she is someone's superior, but she should be or least providing pointers or training on getting from loan start to close. I truly appreciate her patience.

I don't to leave out Melissa she was superb as well with getting us to underwriting and cleared to close by the required date. I was more than thrilled with the service and I'm happy that first Horizon has my mortgage and I am a first time home buyer!!!

Most lenders say good bye as soon as loan is approved but not Lynn, she kept up with follow up until we moved in.
