We are a 501 (c)(3) non-profit coffee shop doing our part to fight human trafficking in our city. Subscribe to our mailing list!
We provide an avenue for awareness of the issue of human-trafficking in Houston and work towards the abolition of slavery in our city. We will work alongside a variety of anti-trafficking organizations and movements to raise awareness, generate interest, and engage the public to take action in anti-trafficking initiatives. We will be a money-making engine to fund after-care solutions for survivors

Before becoming a full-time artist, Percy Cabot spent a decade working in the publishing industry as an editor, illustrator, & photographer.
In 1971, he quit his job & traveled to Mexico with just a camera, a sketchpad, & an overnight bag. After a brief tenure in Monterrey, he relocated to Georgetown in the Cayman Islands. Only when his savings were about to run out did he finally return to the USA.
Settling in Austin, Texas, he became an active member of the Griffoun Society, an art & literary group of which, in 1967, he had been one of nine founding members. He moved to Houston in 1995. Beside fine-art photography, Percy Cabot has worked in assemblage, printmaking, and mixed-media.
