Share your favorite skin care tips! One of mine is to always protect your skin from the sun. Exposure to harmful UV rays can lead to premature aging, sunburn, and an increased risk of skin cancer. Here's what you can do:

1. Wear sunscreen daily: Apply a broad-spectrum sunscreen with at least SPF 30 or higher before going outside, even on cloudy days. Make sure to cover all exposed areas, including your face, neck, hands, and any other body parts that will be exposed to the sun.

2. Reapply sunscreen regularly: Sunscreen wears off over time, especially if you're sweating or spending time in the water. Reapply sunscreen every two hours or as directed on the product label to ensure constant protection.

3. Seek shade during peak sun hours: Limit your sun exposure during the peak hours when the sun's rays are strongest, typically between 10 am and 4 pm. If possible, stay indoors, seek shade under umbrellas, or wear protective clothing during these times.

4. Cover up with clothing: Wearing sun-protective clothing, such as long sleeves, wide-brimmed hats, and sunglasses, can provide an additional layer of protection from the sun's harmful rays. Look for clothing with a high UPF (Ultraviolet Protection Factor) rating for optimal sun protection.

What’s your prep process? Want the most life out of your spray tan? Shower, shave exfoliate the day before. Rinse with water only at your scheduled time. No soap, sweat or soaking for 24 hrs. Moisturize and hydrate for the next 7-10 days until your tan fades.. REPEAT process. .
