Before and After on the Glam Session with

Hello there 👋🏾

I am implementing a new policy for my business to grow and thrive and continue to be the place you love to receive beauty services from.

If you book a hair appointment you cannot cancel the night before or the day of through texts, dms, inboxes, etc. You will be charged the full amount of service.
Why?
Because at that moment I cannot replace you or put some one else in that spot.

In order for my business to stay in business, I have a budget to meet each week, and when you cancel at the last minute and I can't replace you, it hinders production.

Also, there will now be a $40 fee added to your ticket if you show up to your appointment more that 15 minutes late. In some cases, you will have to reschedule.

I do my best to not overbook, and if you have had to wait in the past, it is not every time you come. Some things can happen beyond my control and it will cause a back up. But I try to work diligently to get everyone in and out in a timely fashion depending on the services you are receiving. Some services take time, and there's nothing I can do about that.

As we move into expanding our vision, we have to have order. I believe God blesses order. And I want to be blessed. So work with me and I will work with you. Let there be some consideration when it comes down to booking these appointments and cancelling them. Please don't hold up my money. Just imagine if you were in my shoes and you expect to make $100 a day and your job pays your $25 that day. You would be hot as a fire cracker! 💥

Lastly, if you reschedule your appointment, that deposit will only be available for one(1) reschedule. You cannot keep rescheduling that same deposit. And when you reschedule, you will have 14 days from the original appointment day to use that deposit.

Now this email does not pertain to everyone, but I only address issues when I start to see this happening way too often. I will have not one favorite when it comes to this new policy. It will pertain to everyone who walks in our doors.
I love to do hair and it's truly my passion. But I must put business first.

I love you guys and your faithfulness has kept us in business for over 15 years! So I really do appreciate you, we just have to have order.
