Today, we remember the lives lost on September 11th, 2001. In honor of this solemn anniversary, let us reflect on the resilience of our community and the enduring spirit of remembrance.

At Historic Market Square Houston, Lauren's Fountain stands as a poignant memorial to the victims of September 11th. The three granite walls symbolize the crash sites, while the 2,977 stones represent the lives lost. Of these, 2,753 small pebbles honor the victims of the World Trade Center attack, 184 pebbles commemorate the Pentagon victims, and 40 large stones represent those who perished on United Flight 93, including Lauren. May the tranquil waters of Lauren's Fountain serve as a constant reminder of the importance of peace and unity.

All are welcome to visit Lauren's Fountain and pay tribute to the victims of September 11th. Let's stand united in remembrance.
