River Oaks celebrated its 100th birthday back in November and the hosted their annual Party in the Park where neighbors came out to celebrate community and visit with neighbors, old and new.

Neighbors enjoyed the delicious food from and decadent margaritas and ranch waters made with , an award winning tequila, produced by one of our residents!

Thank you to all the residents who donated to the foundation and set a new record this past year which will go to the continued efforts of the foundation to beautify and enhance this special neighborhood!

This is Val Oualline. She’s the only living founder of St. Martin's Episcopal Church. Val and her family are El Patio regulars and come visit us once a week or every other week since the 80’s. They have celebrated countless graduations and parties with us throughout the years.

Today she wanted to celebrate her 97th BIRTHDAY at El Patio! 🥳❤️🥹 One of our customers bought her the sombrero right off The Club wall as a gift. HAPPY BIRTHDAY VAL!!! We 🫶 you and our owners 🧡 your shirt!! 🤘🤘
