She didn’t want to take a lot of length off, but informed me that she has stunted growth in the nape area.

Compromise: I cut shorter in the nape to start getting some of those bad ends off. Commonly, the nape is not cut enough to get those damaged ends off.. causing the nape to never grow properly.
•
She didn’t get it all off now, but trust me... it’s coming off!
