I kind of put Benny through the wringer in the beginning but shortly after a few conversations I realized Benny is super educated and really knows the business..
The following is very hard to find, 1) Knowledge of the business, 2) One that understands the rate market, 3) Available 7/24, 4) Total people person, and 5) Excellent staff supporting Benny.
