We’re excited to give you a sneak peek of three of our favorite easy-to-drink wines that we’ll be featuring at our complimentary wine tasting event this Saturday, June 22nd, from 12-5pm. 🎉

First up is a crisp and light Les Vignobles Ruhlmann-Schutz Crémant d Alsace Brut NV. Upon bringing the glass to one’s nose, the aromas unfold intricately - fine and subtle, showcasing delightful floral and fruity notes of white peach and apricot. This wine is the perfect accompaniment to a sunny day spent relaxing with friends.

Next, we have Domaine Vrignaud Petit Chablis 2022, a versatile wine that can be elegantly presented as an aperitif and pairs delightfully with a variety of dishes, whether it be cold seafood, warm poultry, or a selection of cheeses like the creamy Bleu d’Auvergne and the robust Roquefort.

Last but not least, we’re featuring the Franck Millet Sancerre Rouge 2023,
a barrel-aged Pinot Noir, the nose offers scents of cherries and violets. The fruitiness is balanced by a slight tannic nuance.

🍇This organic viticulture estate is located in the charming town of Fleurie in Beaujolais, and produces 3 cuvées from the Gamay grape variety in AOP Morgon and Fleurie.

💁‍♀️Marie-Élodie Zighera Confuron, the owner of Clos de Mez, inherited 9 hectares of vines from her father and has since then dedicated her life to producing some of the finest wines in France. She produces wines in a more Burgundian style that is more extracted, revealing the full potential of Gamay.

🍷 Introducing one of our new arrivals - Rouge-Bleu Vin Orange 2023! 🍊

This delicate orange wine has a beautiful wildflower honey color and is unfiltered for maximum flavor. The nose is filled with the sweet scents of kumquat, honeysuckle, and mandarins. On the palate, you'll experience a dry and fresh taste that's reminiscent of tarte tatin and kumquat. The soft acidity of this wine is sure to please, and it's gently reminiscent of cider or IPA.

Our Rouge-Bleu Vin Orange 2023 is the perfect addition to any wine collection and pairs exceptionally well with spicy foods, cheese, and charcuterie boards. This Orange Wine comes in a 750mL bottle, so you'll have plenty to share with friends and family.

Featuring Domaine Gayrard 🍷🍇
Located close to Cordes sur Ciel, on the northern edge of the Gaillac district and the Tarn river, estate has been established for nearly 5 centuries on an exceptional terroir and landscape dominated by oak trees and truffles. The property sits on a limestone plateau at 300 meters altitude and extends like a promontory near the town of Albi, occupying a land marked with a long wine-growing tradition, interrupted for several decades till the end of WWII.

In 1950 Maurice Gayrard began producing and selling his wines at the property and his domaine was then one of the very first producers of bottled wine in the Gaillacois wine district.

The region fell dormant once again for a whole generation with people leaving the countryside for bigger cities in order to get better jobs.

Since 2013, Laure and Pierre Fabre(Maurice’s grandson), a young couple of winegrowers, have devoted themselves to reviving the local wine making traditions and pride. Little by little, the estate has been remodeled and updated with new plantings and the purchase in 2018 of old vineyards located nearby and belonging to the former Château Moussens.

The estate extends over some 30 hectares, cultivating organically since 2016 and with Biodynamic methods since 2019.

Despite the geographical distance that separates us, and the infrequency of our visits to the vineyard 🍇 , the opportunity to reconnect with our devoted winemakers fills our hearts with warmth and joy.
