It is with a heavy heart that we announce the passing of Dr. Jalal Golshan, a longtime friend of the Iranian Cultural Foundation Houston. Dr. Golshan was a well-spoken and beloved member of our community, often participating in the ICF Gathering of Friends. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
