CG trainer shared this about her father: “Dad started CG in 2017 when I became a CG Trainer. Back then, he could only do half the workout and wasn’t able to complete a 3 mile bike ride with me. Now at age 62, he attends the 5am workout 3x a week and kicks butt!

My CG career would not be possible without my dad’s support. He’s brought me forgotten equipment in the early morning, watches his granddaughter during my evening workouts, and has shared CG with more people than I can count. Dad is a staple in our CG Wimberley community and is a prime example of being able to improve your health and fitness at any age!”

Maggie shared this about her mom: “I pick her up at 4:00 am every M, W, F on the way to lead my CG workouts. She’s my security guard, my assistant, and my most loyal camper! We’ve been doing CG together for 8 years now. She’s done CG games every year, competed in triathlons, half marathons, obstacles races, and even HYROX! She’s always up for a challenge and inspires me every single day.” 💪

She fell off her fitness journey for a few years, but I kept with it and eventually became a CG Trainer! Fast forward to January 2023 - my mom decided to go BOLD again with me as her Trainer, and her first check-in back was with our original Trainer who we first started in 2017. Talk about a full circle moment!”
