1. Disability income Insurance that replaces part of your paycheck when an income-interrupting illness or injury prevents you from working. This policy will pay you no matter when, where, or how the illness or injury happens. So even if you got sick or injured away from the job it will still pay. You can get this policy for yourself individually, or businesses can offer it as a benefit to their employees. Ask me how at 281-661-3919

2. For Business Owners: Business Expense Power Disability Income Insurance. As an owner, if you are unable to work due to illness or injury, this policy can help keep your business viable by paying you a monthly benefit for eligible business expenses in the event of an income-interrupting disability.

3. Group Healthcare insurance. For a group of at least 2 or more, depending on the state, we offer 2 types of group healthcare to provide to employees: 1. Traditional; 2. Level-funding: through level funding cost of care can possibly be lower for the employee as well as the business, the employer pays one predictable monthly payment, and the company has the opportunity for a refund in low-claims years. 4. Retirement Plans. We offer qualified and non-qualified retirement plans for you to offer your employees. The added bonus of using to provide retirement plans for your company is that your employees get access to their own personal financial representative like me to help them navigate through their own financial journey. There's an advantage to having an actual person with whom to discuss finances instead of just being given a blanket 401k and leaving the employees to fend for themselves. 5. Key Person Insurance: With key person insurance, your company takes out an insurance policy on a key employee, pays the premiums, and is the beneficiary of the policy. If the key employee dues unexpectedly, the company receives the full benefit. This is an invaluable policy for a business owner because it specifically takes care of the business. I know several business owners who have families who would feel undue pressure to take care of what to do with the business while dealing with the loss of the owner. 6. Buy-Sell Agreement: A buy-sell agreement is a contract that helps assure the continuation of the business by obligating the company or co-owners to buy, and obligations you or your estate to sell, the business interest at the occurrence of specified events such as your death, disability, withdrawal, or retirement. Drafted properly, a buy-sell agreement will help you set the value of the business for federal estate tax purposes and may reduce the chance of valuation disputes with the IRS.
