1982 ATC 250r frame up restoration. Finished the rear shock restoration, added the nos fork boots and clamps. Pressed in the axle bearings and seals and installed NOS axle and rear suspension. Installed the NOS wiring harness and all the electrical parts. Installed the NOS front fender after a quick polish. Restored the carb and installed on engine with its NOS throttle cable. She's starting to take shape we just perfectly matched the gold for the wheels so will be getting those finished up next and she will be up on 3 wheels very soon. Stay tuned this one will be over the top nice !!!

Look who finally got some attention this weekend !! It's been a long time since I have been able to work on project NOS 87 ATC 200X. This weekend was very productive. The entire rear brake setup was installed with all nos parts, new DID O ring chain. Air box was installed, entire front brake setup all NOS. Every single control on the handlebars is brand new NOS parts. She is looking really good I have a handful of parts heading out for black zinc. Then I can put the nos tool box on and the nos carb and related parts. Then the nos rear fender and new oem seat assembly. She is really close to completion. Still looking for a nice straight oem engine skid plate I have the one off the machine I can fix if need be but I would rather find a really nice one and refinish it. 20 years in the making and it's on its home

Selling my incredibly clean 1984 Honda Big Red. This machine is all original down to the Dunlop KT325 tires. Zero Paint touch ups. Therefore there are some imperfections and corrosion but very little. Runs great and shifts through all gears as it should. Electric start works great. No smoke. Gas tank is absolutely spotless inside. Original seat is still soft like it’s brand new. Very respectable collector quality machine.

Mostly OEM 1986 Honda Atc200x. Bone stock, runs perfect. Motor is very quiet with plenty of power. Zero smoke. Runs like new. Stock exhaust. Original tank in good shape, has a couple dings but no rust. It’s mint inside. 6 speed transmission. Really nice OEM fenders with zero cracks and no weather checking. Very nice original seat as well.

I love rolling finished restorations outside in
the sunlight for the first time. They look real good inside the shop but something about natural light that just makes all the colors pop. This 1985 ATC250r is all finished and heading home to NH tomorrow morning. This will round off my customers sport ATC collection and just like all of the other restorations we have done for him he wants the best so I had to hunt the world for all the correct NOS parts to make this all come together. I just leave this Right here.. This 86 350x is as nice as you can get. It was a barn find super low hours. The frame was never restored in this restoration because it was in perfect condition.
