1) Always wash your hands before putting contacts in and taking them out.
2) Replace them as scheduled.
3) Clean them correctly if you’re not wearing daily lenses. (80% of people are not cleaning their lenses correctly)

June is cataract awareness month.
Cataracts is the clouding of the lens that sit inside of your eye causing decreased vision. Cataracts can naturally occur with age, but the progression can be slowed down with taking care of your systemic health and protecting your eyes from UV.
