Thursday grind mode: No shortcuts, just hard work and dedication.

Focusing on building a strong posterior with every rep during this staggered (b-stance) RDL.
Compared to a conventional RDL, this variation is easier on the low back. It also allows more range of motion so we can push those hips back a bit further, and really feel the stretch in the hammies and glutes.
After an intense workout, it’s time to recover with some box breathing.
We’re breathing in 4 seconds,
Holding for 4 seconds,
Breathing out for 4 seconds,
And holding again for 4 seconds.
This helps lower stress, improves focus, and enhances overall well-being. By focusing on slow, deep breaths, we’re aiding muscle recovery and bringing the body back to a state of calm.
Remember, rest and recovery are just as important as the workout itself! 💪
