Cases Dismissed! Recently, Sean had set two cases for trial in Harris county. Client was facing 2 charges for DWI and Reckless driving. Our client continued to assert his innocence and on the eve of trial, the State dismissed! Another happy client!

DWI Case Dismissed! Client was arrested for DWI in Harris County. He did what we ask all of our impaired drivers to do: Pull over and go to sleep so you dont put others at risk. Despite doing this, the police arrested our client even though the car was off! Fortunately, the prosecutor also realized this was wrong after Mr. Darvishi pointed it out to them. Another satisfied client!

Case Dismissed! Client was a federal contractor and any sort of conviction would mean a loss of her career. The Prosecutors were asked by Mr. Darvishi to look at this case very early on after they were shown some issues pertaining to the case. Ultimately, they agreed that this case should be dismissed because they could not prove it!
