Posted • Had the pleasure of training today . The changes that she and her coach have made in 5 months are nothing short of My prediction… she will qualify for the 2023 this year. The best part, all compound movements for and w a few auxiliary moves. No wasted movements because she goes !!!! She even has gym etiquette and re-racked her own weights!!!!

Worked out - stayed focused on eating right - tried everything but was super stressed about it bc I couldn’t lose a pound.

Posted • Thank you for taking care of my back after surgery. She said that I looked uncomfortable sitting on the gym equipment in between clients. If you’re a coach and you have clients that truly love you, be extremely grateful for them. Always honor, treat them with respect and always give them more than what you’re being paid for! It always comes back.
Always write your goals down. Look at them daily. Say them out loud!! Our new goal wall COME BY , JOIN OUR TEAM AND WRITE YOURS ON OUR WALL
