We do home repairs for Livingston County homeowners who qualify.
Just this year, we repaired and replaced many roofs and sunken floors.
Leaky roofs lead to rotting roofs, which lead to holes in roofs and, eventually, costly repairs. Not to mention the loss of heat in the winter, which creates a higher electric or gas bill.
Sunken and rotted floors are very dangerous for our seniors, especially those living alone.
These expenses are not something a family living paycheck to paycheck can afford and often don't get repaired, leading to unsafe living conditions.
By providing these repairs for our Livingston County seniors and families, we are helping them safely age in place and thrive!
