Tore out and replaced this 130-140 year old ceiling and replaced it with 5/8's fireguard drywall. The typical method would've been just half inch drywall but the 5/8's thick drywall worked best in this application for a couple different reasons. Was also able to not disturb the baby crown trim along the entire top of the ceiling too with a little extra careful work and some finesse. After sanding, I caulked the trim back in nicely so she's ready to paint which the client opted to do. I advised him on what to use and how to professionally do it for the best finish results. They were very pleased with the work and that always feels great to hear 🙂Thanks for looking! Got a call to finish taping a very bad drywall job. Ended up having to rip it all out because it was VERY incorrect and horribly done. Homeowner ended up having me do the floor and ceiling too. He did the painting and trim

What an AMAZING transformation for my good friend Kristina at Gravity Fed Swag in this 100 plus year old house!!! I took over after the framing from DG, and then came insulation from our good friend Keith at Grade 1 Insulation, LLC. I followed it up with drywall installation and drywall finishing and priming. Ryan at Painting Perfection was kind enough to get in there for a day to personally paint it with GravFed and I returned to put some love into the subfloor before laying a new special order and very durable new flowing floor throughout the entire home in one shot with zero transition separations. To call this job a challenge is to say the least. Its a cozy smaller home but it had the biggest obstacles to tackle and I do have to say, everyone's efforts counted and made it all possible!

Another one done. 5/8 x type ceiling fire taped by me and then the business owner fire block painted it. Drop ceiling going in to obtain fire rating to meet code. Just under a 1 week turn around

Front door replacement. Matched the other side of the duplex. Same door, knob,and deadbolt

New floor installed today at the same residence as my last taping post. The GC called me back to do some more work there and this time I installed a BEAUTIFUL brand new luxury vinyl plank floor.

Haven't posted in a while. I had the opportunity to tape a small job for a high end contractor that I've followed on FB for a while now. He needed a job taped YESTERDAY so I jumped right on it ASAP and got it done soon as I got the call. Hope he is happy with the finish results! 🤙

Homeowner hang. I taped it. He never even touched drywall before and he hung this himself and broke all of the rules but I made it as pretty as I possibly could and it will paint up nicely now for the customer. Nicest dude ever too, couldn't have asked for a better client. He was super easy to do the work for and a hell of a guy! Very appreciative, and that's how I like it

Sump pump failed at this home and the client had a tight budget so I did what I could for them. I replaced the insulation on the exterior wall, replaced the drywall, tape, mud, sand, primed it. Replaced the missing door casing trim and since I had my miter saw and finish guns out I threw in free baseboard moulding installation on the house for just the cost of the materials because the client was such a delight to do work for. Treat me well and I often toss in some extras when I can. Also did a few patches for free for them too in the process as well. Also put the baseboard heater casing back together for them too free of charge. Thanks for looking. 🙂

Unfortunately during this severely cold weekend there will be some people who experience plumbing issues, frozen/burst pipes, water damage. With that comes drywall, insulation, flooring, moulding, paint repairs etc. I will be ready and available to fix and finish any of this damage after your plumbing has been repaired. If you or someone you know needs immediate service just contact me and I will be happy to put your place back together as soon as possible for you.
