Ashley has been working diligently day and night to get the floors in the Chatham apartment stripped, stained and pollied, to be ready for some new tenants

Yesterday's move job. Down a million stairs!
Glad we beat the snow !!!!

Stained this bar top the other day. Added wax today.
First coat of poly on some more of the Danish oiled pieces.

Fresh ceiling paint and trim paint at a beautiful air b&b out in Stockbridge Mass. Lots of repair to water damage. And even re-repaired the access hole the last guy cut out after a leak in the shower upstairs. We fixed the leak though 🤣

Shower repair at the Chatham apartment. Not sure why I never took a picture after reassembling the shower head and siliconing.
A quick wall repair to go with all the touch-up painting there as well.

Assuming it was the heater element. All the thermostats and fuse all read fine. Changed them anyway, for good measure.
The timer wasn't turning but tested good. Works fine now that everything else has been replaced

And let today's venture begin...

with the dryer repair.... again....
