This week we are headed to Cable, WI for the 41st Annual Chequamegon Mountain Bike Festival! One of the oldest mountain bike races in North America! There will be competitors from around the world joining us in the northwoods for an exciting race through the woods!

The following week we have no events.

We will soon be releasing our Fall recipes, details about Waffle Church #6, and other exciting waffle related bits. Chow for now!

📚🤘🎸 We have a packed schedule this week catering a couple colleges, and slinging the best waffles ever at some great concerts in the area!!

9/4-UW-River Falls is hosting an Open House in front of Mcmillian Hall from 4-8pm

9/5-Northwood Technical College is hosting us for a student appreciation brunch from 9-1pm

9/5-Gates open at the at 5:30pm for Luke Bryan along with some other country artists

9/6-Gates open at 1:30pm for Bob Dylan, John Mellencamp, and Willie Nelson

9/7-Hudson Hometown Music Fest at Lakefront Park in Hudson begins at Noon. Free to the public!! Food trucks, beer tent, great local music with headlining the night!!

We will be having our Mexican Street waffle and Italian Honeybee for savory options, our 6 classic sweet options, lemonades, and hot and iced espressos!!

Come holler at yo boy! Or just get a waffle and ignore me!

Waffle Church began in January as a singular event, but because of the amount of people that showed up, we decided to make it a once-a-month thing. After the ride, waffles are provided along with other treats, sometimes prizes, and camaraderie!

We got busy this Summer and took a break after 5 consecutive months of this event. An adventure, sometimes for the casual rider, and other times for the more adventurous kind.

Every month is a different adventure, ranging from 15 to ♾️ miles, all detailed in a Facebook event discussion.

This Fall I have something extra special lined up for Waffle Church #6. Stay tuned!

🧇 🫐 Starting tomorrow afternoon, you can find our Classic Liege and Blueberry waffles in the frozen section at Ptacek’s IGA in Prescott! Surprise, surprise they are going to be much higher in price than a box of Eggo’s! Wilder Waffles are made with real ingredients, locally. Oh yeah, our waffles are also Belgian Liege waffles made with a dense yeasted dough. It’s made with butter, eggs, honey, brown sugar, and milk to name a few. Belgian Pearl Sugars are added to create a caramely-crunchy crust and sugary bite inside the gooey and flaky doughy waffle!! Yep, they are pretty good! 😜

We had a customer all the way from Blaine, MN this morning pick up an order of our party pack to bring back to her daughter’s bridal shower. The party pack feeds 30+. It comes with diced strawberries and whipped cream on the side, chocolate sea salt, and cinnamon sugar.

As we approach late Summer, it just makes sense to have sweet corn on the menu. As Fall approaches, we intend on bringing some of our best back as well! 🍏 🎃

We served it today for the first time in over a year, and it ended up selling us out of product 2 hours before the end of the event!

On Thursday we are going to the Hootie & the Blowfish concert at the Somerset Amphitheater for the 3rd concert in their Summer Concert Series!

This week we make 2 stops at the Hudson Farmers markets before heading North to on Wednesday(7/31-8/3).

The Plaza 94 market takes place in the Plaza 94 shopping center parking lot conveniently located on Coulee Rd just off I94. Lots of vendors with a variety of baked goods, coffee, meats, and many more!

Then, of course, the on Saturdays always has an amazing lineup of food trucks, vendors, and even activities for the kids!

Can anybody guess how many pounds of strawberries we went through at Rock Fest??

Our schedule this week is full of stops during the River Falls Days celebrations with live music everyday! Scope out their page to see who will be playing and when!

Last weekend I had the pleasure of serving the Wilson family at their daughters grad party in River Falls.

This was the 2nd grad party we have done, and we are learning along the way! I’ll be honest that I wasn’t sure how to fully prepare for a special event like this. It’s hard to know all the right questions to ask to make it just right. Now I have a bit of checks and balances to ensure consistent quality. I believe they both were grateful for a unique food option with a high level of service, along with our adaptability to perfectly suit their needs.

We are fully licensed to cater any type and size party. We have experience in grad parties, a variety of corporate events, and can modify the trailer to curate a truly custom culinary experience.

Summertime Sweet Summertime!!

Schedule drop for the upcoming weekend includes a day at Hudson Physicians of New Richmond, a brand new music festival in Menomonie, a graduation party in River Falls, and a mountain bike race in River Falls to cap off the weekend!

🏥 Hudson Hospital kicked off their Employee Appreciation Week by serving all of their staff waffles this morning.

🛌 I want to thank the of the day, Tobi and Annie, for peeling themselves out of bed at the buttcrack of dawn to help make it happen!!

❤️ I also want to thank my wife for allowing me the use of her mirrorless Nikon to capture the day! My photog skills still need work, even with a nice camera.

Introducing Annie! She is going to be a Jr next year at Hudson High, she plays hockey, enjoys weekends at her cabin up north, and has a passion for baking.

She is currently serving up delicious waffles at Family Fresh grocery store in River Falls. Swing by for a waffle by 7pm tonight. We have Italian Honeybee(stuffed pepperoni pizza waffle) left if you want something savory! Otherwise of course we have our 6 sweet recipes as well!

I think the Italian Honeybee was well received, as it was our top seller of the day by far!

She likes art, just graduated from Hudson High, headed to UMD in the Fall for Criminology, her favorite waffle is the Cookies & Cream, and she likes to play video games in her free time.

Next time you visit us, there’s a good chance you will be met with her smile and waffle expertise!

Doctor, Doctor!!

We’re headed to the Hudson Medical Center on Wednesday 6/5 to serve patients, employees, and the general public looking for a morning pick-me-up with one of our signature craft espresso drinks, or a sweet or savory Belgian Liège waffle! We will be open at 8am, serving through the lunch hour.

On Thursday we are parked at Family Fresh grocery store in River Falls from 11am-7pm.

This weekend we are heading North! We did it last year, and we’re doing it again this year! The Epic Bike Fest in Cable, WI has 2 races throughout the weekend, a full bike expo, food trucks, bonfire parties, beer, and much more!

Not listed on the schedule: Monday 6/10 we are catering all employees at the Hudson Hospital for employee appreciation week. This is a private event, not open to the public.

Did you know that we now specialize in corporate catering? With our weekend schedule already booked for 2024, we are now switching modes to fill our weekday schedule up through the summer.

If you have an employee appreciation event coming up, want to treat your staff to some of our delicious offerings, or even want to pool money together with coworkers to get our trailer service at a discount, we will work with you to fit your budget!
