Cheesy Garlic Bread Shrimp Grilled Cheese 🥪🧄🍤
Dive into a mouthwatering fusion of crispy garlic bread, gooey melted cheese, and succulent shrimp with this Cheesy Garlic Bread Shrimp Grilled Cheese. It's a comforting and indulgent twist on a classic favorite!
Ingredients:
For the Garlic Bread:
1 loaf French bread, sliced in half lengthwise
4 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/4 teaspoon salt
For the Shrimp:
1/2 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
For the Grilled Cheese:
8 slices of your favorite cheese (such as cheddar, mozzarella, or Swiss)
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Butter for grilling
Instructions:
1. Prepare the Garlic Bread:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Mix the softened butter with minced garlic, dried parsley, dried basil, and salt.
Spread the garlic butter mixture evenly over the cut sides of the French bread.
2. Bake the Garlic Bread:
Place the bread on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden and crispy. Remove from the oven and set aside.
3. Cook the Shrimp:
While the garlic bread is baking, heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Season the shrimp with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until pink and opaque. Remove from heat.
4. Assemble the Grilled Cheese:
Place one slice of the baked garlic bread, buttered side down, on a skillet over medium heat.
Layer with slices of cheese and sprinkle with shredded mozzarella. Top with cooked shrimp.
Cover with the second slice of garlic bread, buttered side up.
5. Grill the Sandwich:
Butter the top of the sandwich. Grill for 2-3 minutes per side, or until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
6. Serve:
Slice the sandwich in half and serve hot. Enjoy the gooey, cheesy, garlic-infused goodness with succulent shrimp!

Total Time: 30 minutes

Avocado, Mozzarella, and Tomato Grilled Cheese
One of the best inventions ever! 😋😋
Ingredients :
½ avocado (sliced)
4 slices mozzarella cheese
4 cherry tomatoes (sliced in half)
2 slices multigrain bread ( I like Ezekiel sprouted grain bread)
a dab of butter
*Method *:
Butter the outside layers of the bread. Place one slice, buttered side down in a frying pan -heated at medium heat. Layer the cheese, tomato and then the avocado.
Place the other slice of bread on top- butter up. Flip after a few minutes. Cook each side until golden on the outside, gooey in the inside
Just really wanted to say, these look fabulous......... and no....... we're not going to be making them!!!!!!!
Cheeseburger Pretzel Bombs
Ingredients :
for 14 bombs
1 lb pizza dough(455 g), left out at room temperature for 15-20 minutes
7 slices american cheese, cut in half
14 frozen mini meatballs, thawed
¼ cup baking soda(45 g)
5 cups water(1.2 L)
1 egg, beaten
coarse sea salt
yellow mustard, for serving (optional)
Preparation :
Preheat the oven to 425˚F (220˚C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Cut the pizza dough into 14 evenly sized pieces. Working one at a time, stretch out a piece of dough into a long strip, about 8 inches (20 centimeters) long.
Place a piece of cheese at the top, followed by a meatball, and roll up the cheese and meatball in the dough. Rotate halfway through rolling to ensure you are completely encasing the cheese and meet in the dough. Pull tightly and use any remaining slack to cover any possible gaps/holes. Press the dough into itself to seal and place on the prepared baking sheet. Repeat with the remaining dough, cheese, and meatballs.
In a medium saucepan over high heat, bring the 5 cups of water to a boil. Once boiling, add the baking soda and stir to dissolve. Return the pot to a boil.
In batches (about 3-5 at a time), add the rolled dough balls to the pot and boil for 20-30 seconds, stirring gently. Remove and dab on paper towels before placing back on the baking sheet. Repeat with remaining dough balls.
Brush each boiled ball with beaten egg, then sprinkle with coarse sea salt.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, until the outsides have browned. Serve warm with mustard, if desired.

Here's another great, and very simple, idea for our Cheesy and Spicy Cheesy Brioche! Cut the brioche in half, however it'll fit your tomato slices and make a sandwich!!! Who's to say you can't add bacon, some mayo, seasoned mustard or lettuce and ham!!!! There's no rules for this stuff people!!! Think outside your bread box!!!!!

So we get a lot of questions about what you can use our Cheesy and Spicy Cheesy Brioche for. Well, anything you want really because who's making the rules? You are! If you have older Brioche, freeze them until you have enough for an Egg Bake! And yes, that's Gravy!!! Why?????? What's wrong with you.......of course there's Gravy!!!!!!

Okay..... it's not technically a sandwich but it does require bread! Which of course we have! Obviously Darkside Rye and Caraway Rye Breads, but why not some Sassy Sourdough????
Classic Hearty Reuben Bake
Ingredients:
8 slices of rye bread, cubed
1 pound thinly sliced or shredded corned beef
1 can (14 ounces) sauerkraut, drained and rinsed
2 cups grated Swiss cheese
1 cup Thousand Island dressing
Directions:
Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a baking dish to prevent sticking.
Prepare Ingredients: Cube the rye bread slices, shred or thinly slice the corned beef, and drain and rinse the sauerkraut.
Layer Ingredients: Begin by layering half of the cubed rye bread in the bottom of the greased baking dish. Top with half of the corned beef, followed by half of the sauerkraut. Sprinkle half of the grated Swiss cheese over the sauerkraut layer.
Add Dressing: Drizzle half of the Thousand Island dressing evenly over the cheese layer.
Repeat Layers: Repeat the layering process with the remaining ingredients: rye bread, corned beef, sauerkraut, and Swiss cheese.
Finish with Dressing: Drizzle the remaining Thousand Island dressing evenly over the top layer of cheese.
Bake: Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and place it in the preheated oven. Bake for approximately 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serve: Once baked, remove the foil and allow the Reuben Bake to cool slightly before serving. Cut into squares and serve hot.
Prep Time: 15 minutes | Cooking Time: 30 minutes | Total Time: 45 minutes | Kcal: 420 kcal per serving | Servings: 6
Dolly Baby U P travel log #2: Yup we made it! I definitely thought I would be absconded by a swarm of bugs but made it back home with no damage done. When Amanda and Jesse said they were bringing Coco I was sure a warm cup with minis floating was going to happen. Didn't realize they had ment one of the dogs! Thankfully Coco and Bear respected me for who I am and not some random chew toy so we all became good friends.
I do love a good get away with new friends and pets. Helps to keep you grounded to the simple joys in life.

So ....a lot of customers ask us what to use our Cheesy Brioche Rolls for. I usually tell them others have them with soups, stews and chilies, but our Friend Shirley likes them warmed with soft poached eggs.
Think outside your bread box, there are no rules, come up with something new and special and I will post them to our site for others to see!
Okay.....Sassy Sourdough, Ugly Garlic Cheddar or That's a Gouda Bread for sure. But don't forget, Full Seed a Bread or Darkside Rye. Did you know we use Ghirardelli Majestic Dark Cocoa and Molasses to get the coloring for Darkside and not artificial colors?????

Muffaletta Grilled Cheese
New Orleans Muffaletta Grilled Cheese Sandwich
Ingredients:
8 slices of sourdough bread
1/4 cup softened butter
1/2 cup olive salad mix
8 slices provolone cheese
8 slices salami
8 slices mortadella
8 slices chicken ham
4 slices mozzarella cheese
Directions:
Preheat a skillet or griddle over medium heat.
Butter one side of each bread slice.
Spread olive salad mix on the unbuttered sides of 4 bread slices.
Layer provolone, salami, mortadella, chicken ham, and mozzarella on top.
Place the remaining bread slices on top, buttered side out.
Grill sandwiches until golden brown and cheese is melted, about 3-4 minutes per side.
Serve warm.
Prep Time: 10 minutes | Cooking Time: 10 minutes | Total Time: 20 minutes
