We will supply the leaders books and small group guides. You simply facilitate a small group. There are videos online weekly to help guide you through.
Many people want to be greater followers of Jesus, and they want some handles on the process. It doesn't start with rules- it starts with a relationship. The best way to grow in our relationship with God is to learn from Jesus, the one who had a perfect relationship with Him. Jesus' love and life demonstrate habits that point us to God and transform our lives.
If you are interested in hosting a group contact Allie Trieb at [email protected]

This week we will look at Jesus saying the door to salvation is narrow and only a few will enter. The narrow door is a calling for us to once again reexamine our faith walk with Jesus. Our salvation is secure when we trust in Christ alone, but there are distractions in life that pull us in different directions.
We hope to see you this Sunday!

Day 6 (Wednesday)
The crews worked hard in the morning and then had the rest of the day to relax and swim at the State Park which was a nice break from the heat!
Crew Updates:
Caleb- Straightened out porch, painted the outside and is putting the roof back on.
Larissa- Finished pillars on the porch and worked on the outside of resident’s house. Resident was present a lot of the time so was able to spend some time with her.
Emmitt- Sanded ceilings. Neighbors brought icees which was a nice treat.
Mady- Painted the exterior and got the 1st coat of stain in the deck.
Brayden- Worked on postings and concrete work. Had a little bit of a set back, so may need to bring in another crew to help finish.
Jake- Worked on deck skirting. Painted the porch floor and stairs.
Cohen- Almost finished with worksite. Now staining a door and painting ceilings.
Kim/Tim- Staining residents’ fence, finished work in the upstairs, and almost done except for adding a safety rail in the bathroom.
Only 2 more work days!
Join the Band of Brothers tonight at pitchfork brewing 4pm-7pm for their bi-monthly guys happy hour!
Day 5
Only one photo from today but we have updates from some of the crews.
-Emmitt’s crew continued to scrape wallpaper at Ruth’s house which is prepped and ready to paint. She had her 110th birthday bash today! The news is coming to interview her, and she’s even received letters from presidents!
-Jake's crew skirted panels on the house and is working on building a porch railing.
-Tim and Kim’s double crews painted, patched drywall, stained and did fence repair for Milton and Loretta.
-Cohen's group spent a lot of time on the roof doing repairs, and also painting.
-Brayden's group worked on concrete stairs for Joann’s house. Brayden came up with a technique for the concrete work.
-Mady & Larissa both had great crews today as well, and Caleb was still feeling under the weather today.
The heat and hard work make for some tired youth- some afternoon post worksite naps have been taken!
Tomorrow the group has a 1/2 day at their worksites and then 1/2 free day to hang out together!
Day 2 Yesterday was all travels and today was all fun and sightseeing. Enjoy the photos from the guided bus tour of Washington D.C. and the Orioles and Phillies game at Oriole Park at Camden Yards, Baltimore. Orioles won and now everyone is back at the hotel chilling and relaxing.
Please keep our crew and those they will serve in your prayers!
Day 2 of Maryland Mission Trip: Yesterday was a VERY long day of travel! 18+ HOURS! They lost time in Chicago traffic and another hour to time zone. They stopped at park in Indiana for lunch to play wiffle ball and enjoy time out of the van. Today they were on the road again by 8:30am and are touring Washington DC and then taking in an Orioles baseball game later this afternoon. Tomorrow they will sleep in, worship led by Tim before checking into Group missions. There 284 teens from all over joining our youth and leaders. It will be fun to see the ways God uses our crew to serve this week
DAY ONE FRIDAY JUNE 14
The Mission Trip team headed out at 5:30am this morning! They are heading to Breezewood, PA for the night and have a fun day planned for tomorrow after a long day of driving today!
This week we will continue to look through the book of Philippians and what Paul has to teach us about spiritual growth. We will be focusing on contentment. Contentment means that regardless of my circumstances, my possessions, or my status, I know that I am a child of God who loves me and will meet my needs now and forever.
We hope to see you this weekend!

In this week’s message on spiritual growth, we will look at some principles Paul lays out in Philippians chapter 4. The biggest challenge area will be looking at living a life of gratitude. Gratitude is more than just saying thank you to everyone once in a while, we will see it is a whole way of viewing life.
