We are seeking a reliable Office Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in office administrative tasks, front desk operations, and possess strong organizational skills. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and gain valuable experience in various office functions.
Responsibilities!
-Perform general clerical duties such as operating phone systems and directing calls accordingly, answering online inquiry leads, print and sign vehicle purchase documents, filing paperwork, and maintaining records.
-Assist with front desk duties including answering phones, directing calls, and greeting visitors, assigning customers to salesmen
-Provide excellent customer service to dealers and customers
Qualifications!
-Previous experience in an office or similar setting is a plus
-Proficient in computer literacyStrong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
-Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
-Ability to type accurately and efficiently
This position offers an excellent opportunity for growth and development in a professional office setting.
Expected hours: 45-52 per week
