We are so excited to be kicking off the month and our first day back from Summer Break with our first official day at The Benevolent Bistro Food Court!

We look forward to being a part of your daily trip to work or running errands after school drop off. It is such a blessing to be serving our community on a weekly basis now, so come see us soon!

Alrighty friends, it’s a short week but it’s a big week!

Tuesday catch us in Huntersville over at for a short but fun morning for school drop-off!

Wednesday we will be doing another trial run over at the future home of the Benevolent Bistro Food Truck Court, hosted by and our future weekday home!

Friday find us for our last (😭) ‘Friday at the Farm.’ But no fear, we will be back in the neighborhood for some weekend visits this fall! But until then, let’s end this tradition with a bang! We will be bringing our friends with the delicious old fashioned donuts to celebrate our last weekday visit! So bring the kids and stop by for coffees, smoothies, donuts, and some fun! 🍩☕️

Following our weekday schedule, Joy Coffee Co. will be closed for summer break from July 27 - August 4. We will be doing some maintenance and improvements on the truck to get ready for our new weekday spot and Barista Lindsay will be celebrating their expected little one at a baby shower with family and friends! 💛

🚨 BIG NEWS 🚨

God showed up for our little business in a big way! We are so excited to share this news with you and are incredibly grateful for this new opportunity!

Starting in August Joy Coffee Co. will be partnering with St. Patrick's Episcopal Church and The Benevolent Bistro to form a new food truck court! This food truck court will be conveniently located between LKN Regional Medical Center and Lowe’s corporate headquarters on Fairview Rd. in Mooresville. We will be open at this location Monday-Friday EVERY WEEK! (Unless otherwise noted.)

But the best part: we will be collaborating with our new partners to donate a portion of EVERY. SINGLE. SALE. to a local charity! It has been our goal since opening to be in a position to do just this and we are so thankful for this opportunity that will allow it to happen. Each month we will spotlight a different charity in the area and will share a bit of information about their work in addition to the monetary donation that will come from each cup of coffee purchased!

So what does this mean for you? Well let’s go over that!

What’s staying the same:

What’s changing:
💛 You will see some new faces to help serve at the new location! We are in the process of adding some new joy-filled team members to our crew!

💛 There will be a menu price update (which we do annually anyway) to reflect current ingredient costs and include our newest menu items such as frappes and smoothies.
💛 FOOD! Thanks to our new neighbors Benevolent Bistro there will be full meals available on-site closer to the lunch time hours - check in with them for their schedule!
💛 We have a place to call home and you know where you can find us on a regular basis!
