Lymphatic Drainage Therapy is a gentle technique that works through the body’s lymphatic system to activate the body fluid circulation and stimulate the functioning of the immune and parasympathetic nervous systems. The result of these actions can include reductions in edema, detoxification of the body, regeneration of tissue as well as many other benefits.

This class is open to alumni, current students and certified massage therapists, even if you received your education at another school.

Stretch it out with PNF! 🤸♂️🔄 Taking flexibility to new levels, one hold-and-release at a time. Who knew stretching could be this dynamic? Spoiler alert: your muscles are going to love it!
But you may be asking yourself.. what is PNF? Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF) stretching is a technique that combines passive stretching and isometric stretching to achieve maximum static flexibility. By triggering the proprioceptors, PNF stretching helps to increase the length of the muscle and improve muscular strength.

Lymphatic Drainage I is coming up in less than a week and we have a few spots remaining in this class!

Our Story
California College of Physical Arts (or CalCopa) is a school in Huntington Beach, California that teaches massage and massage related disciplines. We also offer massage services to the public from teachers or students.
Student massages are $40 per 1-hour session and can be prepaid for a discount: $105 for 3. Appointments are required and slots are available on Wednesdays (Noon - 2pm), Fridays (9am - 2pm) and some Saturdays (9am - 2pm.)
We guarantee a commercial quality Swedish massage in a private room and students are encouraged to use advanced techniques that are appropriate for each client. These may include: acupressure, myo-fascial release, trigger point therapy, PNF stretching, shiatsu and many more depending on the level of the student.
We welcome your questions about massage and how it will benefit your healthy lifestyle. If you are interested in taking classes, please call us for more information. You will not encounter a high-pressure sales pitch ever. We only want truly committed individuals enrolling in our programs.
