the scoring on our sourdoughs are etched by hand and indicates the bread is our light rye sourdough, my favorite! with a 30% use of rye, it gives a balanced nutty and earthy flavor while showcasing the classic wheat sourdough flavor !

For those of you who are new, we are a family owned bakery that specialize in breads and pastries. Dario, our baker, has a culinary degree from Queretaro, Mexico but ditched the fine dining world to follow his passion of making breads.
